Welcome to Wifey4Lifey ("Wifey", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Wifey4Lifey mobile application (the "App") available through the Apple App Store, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Wifey4Lifey is a couples-focused mobile application designed to help partners strengthen their relationships through shared activities, communication tools, meal planning, games, and bonding experiences.
Wifey4Lifey operates on a subscription-based model. To access the full features and functionality of the App, you must maintain an active, paid subscription. While certain limited features may be available for free, most premium features require an active subscription.

Subscription prices are listed in the App Store and may vary by region. Billing is handled entirely through Apple's payment system. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wifey4Lifey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wifey4Lifey and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the App Store and requesting account deletion through our support channels.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App, our users, or our reputation.
Upon termination, your access to the App will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds for unused subscription periods.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us at support@wifey4lifey.co.uk.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UK Arbitration Act, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wifey4Lifey regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We may provide notices to you via the email address associated with your account or through the App. You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or acts of civil or military authorities.
The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
